So, yoga is a form of exercise that helps you focus on your breath and stretch your muscles. And because it doesn’t put too much strain on your body, it’s a good option to relax. 

Other relaxing sports include swimming and cycling. They both require a lot of movement, but they’re gentle enough that they won’t leave you feeling exhausted when you’re done.
